Chantelle, childcare provider - DN14 Goole

Hello i am 24 years old and i live in goole, i dont drive but i am hoping to soon sometime. In 2008-2011 i completed my diploma in childcare and education level 3, so i was sent to placements local nurseries and primary schools, this was a good experience. After i qualified i volunteered at rainbows pre school nearing upto a year just supervising children, participating in activities and encouraging the children to play nicely with each other. After a year been at the pre school i then went into full time work as a care assistant i followed this role for 3 years, also recently worked as a support worker, i had to meet personal cares, encourage clients to be more independent, give medication and light housework and cooking. I at the moment work at airmyn primary school as a play worker monday to thursday for 2 hours, in this role i have to prepare breakfast, create activities, encourage children to play nicely with each other and monitor behaviour. I do like to create fun activities with them amd also encourage them to help and tidy toys and games away. I am client based and always follow policies procedures, have clean and recent dbs, experienced to work with learning disabilities, first aid passed.
