I have a keen interest to work with children to provide them with necessary care and education. I am a friendly, caring and dedicated individual. I have a keen interest to work with children, to provide them with the necessary care and education so that they become successful learners. I am dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging and safe for each child. During my time in childcare, I have worked with children from 0-18 years old.

I have previous experience working as a nursery nurse and a Level 3 Qualification in OCF Certificate in Children and Young Person Workforce. I am currently working as a childminder for two children, aged 3 and 6 years old. Furthermore I have previously worked as a room leader at Peepo Day Nursery. Although I worked in terrific two's room, I have experience working with children from the age of 0 to the age of 18. In my previous position I enjoy developing and planning activities for children to encourage their development. Throughout my day at Peepo Day nursery I enjoy setting up activities, encouraging children through play and creative activities. I am dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging and safe for each child. On a day to day basis I provide support for the staff, encouraging their training and practice, to offer the best possible learning environment for all the children within out setting. I am confident to talk to parents about their child, giving them the right information about the child's day and their development.

Furthermore I have completed a number of training courses which include Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Visual Impairment and Continued Provision. I have a keen interest in growing professionally.

Currently to date I am studying for my Foundation Degree in Early Years (Oxford Brookes) which I started in September 2014, although this is only one day a week.
