Sophie, childcare provider - EN8 Cheshunt

Hello my name is Sophie, I live in cheshunt area I have my own car so I am willing to travel. I am a very hard working, reliable, honest and conscientious person. My ability to communicate with others is good and I believe effective, I am able to use my initiative and complete tasks not necessarily in my remit, which also means I am flexible and adaptable. I have pride in the work I do.
Since I began working with children I now know that I would love to work directly with them in a caring/nurturing and teaching role. I will have my NVQ level 3 qualifications in this field, but I also have the necessary passion, desire, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, train and succeed to the very best of my ability. I have always wanted to work with children since undertaking a week’s work experience at my local primary school. To enhance my skills in this area I have worked for the past two year in a day nursery, I have worked in preschool children 2-4 and had my own group and preparing the children to be ready for school, I have also most recently been helping out in baby room and caring for the under twos which I really enjoyed doing. As currently I work in children centre I enjoy doing this, but miss the direct contact with supporting children.
