I would like to work with families. As i have come from India a join family.I am hard working, flexible , trustworthy. I have the knowledge of EYFS; every child need to develop in all areas like physical, social, emotional, exploring the world, and to be imaginative. we should encourage children to try new activities and to judge risk for themself. Also encourage them to explore. For me child safegurading come's first. cooking, baking and singing rhymes is my hobby.

My name is Reshma Vernencar. since more then 3 years Iam working with children. I have recently completed cache level 3 in childcare.These are some of the courses like First Aid, Food Hygiene, child safeguarding level 2. Worked as creche worker in brent from 0 to 3 years old children. Also worked in after school club where I have experience working with ages from 3 to 7 years children.
