Sacha, childcare provider - EX39 Northam

Hi! My name is Sacha, I am 28 years old, originally from Leicestershire but now living in North Devon with my fiancé. I grew up in a big family with lots of siblings. I have 2 younger half brothers whom I adore and although not living near them anymore, I see and spend time with as often as I can, always taking them out to do fun activities. My primary job over the last nearly 10 years has been working as an Outdoor Activity Instructor, primarily working with children aged 7-17. I have been based on camps all over the UK, France and Australia doing what I love, introducing children to new fun activities and making sure they have a very memorable trip to camp. I have also worked in Austria as a Snow Ranger which entailed working in the childcare section of a chalet, looking after children aged 3-12 whilst their parents went out skiing. It was my job to plan activity programs for the children, take them to their ski lessons and supervise them during meal times. I also worked in France as a Nanny for a couple of months, this was also in a chalet, being assigned one family each week to care for their children. Very similar responsibilities as the Snow Ranger job accept I also was responsible for cooking lunch for the children. Last but not least, I worked as an Au Pair in Australia. I looked after a 4 year old boy 5 days a week, getting him ready in the mornings, doing school runs, taking him out to do activities on days he wasn't at school, helping him with homework/reading with him, preparing breakfast and lunch for him, as well as cleaning the family home regularly and doing household chores for the family. All of the jobs I have mentioned above are obviously primarily childcare but they all involve a degree of helping out in other roles such as housekeeping, maintenance and preparing food. I am a very organised, tidy, motivated and trustworthy person. I love working with kids, obviously, and the thing I really loved about my au pair job was being part of a family.
