Hi i am Charlotte,
I am 24 years old in May, i hace worked with children since leaving school in 2007. I am NVQ level 3 qualified in childcare and i have first aid at work and pediatric. I have had two full time jobs in nurserys. I left the first nursery after being made redundant and then went in to my second nursery who i have been with for 6years coming up now. I am room manager in my room i work with 2-3. I have worked with all ages from new born to 8 years through holiday club. I am wanting to leave the nursery I am at becasue i love the idea of having one to one with a child/children.
