Angeline, childcare provider - G52 Glasgow

hello my name is angeline,
As a very outgoing confident person, I consider myself to be open-minded, non-judgmental and approachable in any working environment. I am very dedicated and able to work as part of a team but have the capability of using my own initiative when required to work without supervision, with a thirst for knowledge I would welcome the opportunity of receiving further training if offered by an employer that will enhance my existing skills and experiences. I consider myself to be extremely enthusiastic, bright and calm however, I can be firm if necessary; I am caring, considerate and eager to get along with others and making them feel dignified. I am a very good listener and communicator; I like to think of myself as a good leader and love challenges and responsibility.
In this very busy childcare center in Baillieston, I undertook training and started off doing my SVQ level 3 in May 2011 and completed it in January 2013. My roles and responsibilities were making sure the children were always safe and well looked after allowing the children to learn through communication and play and their millstones where met. My daily activities included -

* Feeding the children
* Making the children aware of their health and hygiene
* Allowing the children to go outdoors twice a day
* Allowing the children to have fun learning
* Finding ways to stimulate the children according to their age stage and ability.
* Following and implement the policies and procedures set out by the childcare center.
* Ensuring all daily routines is adhered to.
* Liaising with parent and involving them to solve problems.
* Coordination and planning activities
* Occasionally having to open up and lock up the children care center
* Helping settle in new children.
