I am a 26 year old female and I am qualified to PDA Childhood Practice level and have also gained my SVQ Level 3 Childcare and Education. I have 5 years childcare experience and 3 years post qualified experience. I have excellence knowledge and experience implementing the Curriculum for Excellence and good knowledge of Pre Birth to Three. I'm a team player with excellent communication skills. Possessing valuable experience working with children aged between 0-5 years, ensuring that they are cared for in a happy, nurturing, safe and stimulating environment. I am a conscientious and assertive individual with experience of dealing with a diverse variety of people in challenging situations. I am an extremely organised individual with a good work ethos paying attention to the finer details to ensure that my work is 100%. I have a very enthusiastic attitude and work hard to ensure good practice is demonstrated across all areas of the Nursery, from planning quality child led activities, to communicating with parents and liaising with staff on a daily basis.
