My name is Chloe I'm 25 years old. I am a qualified level 3 Early Years Educator within a busy nursery setting in Haywards Heath, my current role is Toddler Room Leader. I manage a room of 8-10 staff and up to 24 children a day. I have been in this nursery for 3 years and in this particular role for over 2 years.
I have done a few years of studying with The Open University whilst working, But have now decided that I don't want to go up any higher in the nursery sector and would like a change in career.
