Chloe, childcare provider in Balderton

My name is Chloe, I am 24 years of age and currently live in Fernwood.

My previous experience as a volunteer nursery assistant was successful as I am kind, patient and am able to diffuse situations very calmly, quickly and effectively. I am a hard worker and am always cheerful and optimistic. My past experience of working with young children was enjoyable, challenging and helped me develop a heightened sense of awareness of situations that could compromise a child’s safety or well-being. Working in this environment is one of the most fun and rewarding experiences that I have had to date.

I am now looking for a full time career within the childcare industry and my intention is to further develop my skillset and my enthusiasm for ensuring that young people are equipped to maximise their learning potential. I hold a full/clean driving license which I have held for 7 years and have access to my own car.
