my name is Dee I am 34 years of age. I have over 15 years of experience in childcare as a Lecturer, Teaching Assistant, Foster Carer, Nursery Nurse, childminder and Playworker. I have worked with a number of children with additional needs including Downsyndrome, Autism, ADHD, Behaviour Problems. I am very passionate about working with children and young people thriving to make a difference.
