Looking for a new experience and a new challenge after working in an outstanding nursery for 4 years. Idealy i would like to look after a baby or children four years and under, however, like i say i’m open to a new challenge so wouldn’t say no if there are older siblings.
I am dedicated, hard working and loving individual that puts everything in to my work. I thoroughly enjoy the outside and encourage children to spend as much time exploring and investigating as they please! I love messy play, making play dough, exploring water and sand anything messy and sticky! My main experience is working with children aged 3 months to 2 years and feel most comfortable looking after this age group! I have a strong understanding of the EYFS and use it along side planning age and stage appropriate activities for each child I currently look after in nursery.
I have worked my way up from student to assistant room manager within my current nursery and have enjoyed every moment within all age groups. I have spent my last 3 years predominately with children under the age of two years old and have been on training to enhance and develop the play for children in this age bracket, so have a great understanding for their needs and abilities and how to enhance their play and environment. I have loved my job at the nursery and have learnt a lot in my 4 years there, however it is my time to move on to new things and feel nannying 1:1 or a small group of children would be ideal for me.
