Caroline, childcare provider in Dover

Hi there ,
My name is Caroline, I am 41 years old and am a mother of 4 boys.
As well as raising my own children (aged 20, 18, 17, 13) I have had many years of experience working with children . I have worked in primary schools and am currently working in a children's residential care home .This is a challenging role but is very rewarding and I feel a great sense of achievement , knowing what I've helped these children as much as I possibly can . I am looking to help families who have to work, who are looking for a reliable, sensible, fun (using appropriate yet fair boundaries) , loving , caring and empathetic person to look after their children to the high standard they would themselves. I consider myself to have all of these qualities which reflects my love of children and understanding the absolute importance of their care and welfare.
