Alison, childcare provider in East barming ME16

I am a kind, caring, individual who has a strong passion to work with children, believing that they themselves are the best assets to their own key development. I have recently graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a degree in Early Childhood Studies. Which has led me to be a conscientious and professional play worker with passion to provide the highest level of care to children. I am highly organised and efficient, who works hard and has achieved excellent academic results which is shown through my degree. From the age of 16 I have been working with young children, from Sunday school, babysitting and volunteering within a range of nursery settings. 
Throughout my life I have been highly involved in swimming, competing from a young age within Maidstone Swimming Club for 7 years. This in turn led me to join my university team and becoming Vice President for 2 years, which enabled me to time manage both academic studies and swimming as my main hobby. With the addition of being enthusiastic towards cooking, living away from home has enabled me to be self-sufficient in learning new skills in preparing healthy and nutritious food. Furthermore, being a keen lover of animals having spent all of my childhood growing up with a variety of pets.
