My name is Sarah Wade, a mother myself to 3 children. I have one son and two daughters. I am a caring, confident individual who thrives of working with others and on my own initiative. I believe I am approachable and friendly.

A brief background of myself, I have worked with children the majority of my life, both when childminding and fostering, in the time I was working I received outstanding from OFSTED. I have a valid DBS check, clean driving license and have completed my food hygiene, manual handling, health and safety and first aid courses.
