Ruth, childcare provider in Sowerby bridge

I am a mother of 4 children, and 'foster mum' to 2 boys from a troubled background. 4 are now in their mid-twenties, and the younger two are 17 and 13. (3 boys, 3 girls!).
Even before I had my own children, I babysat for others and as a full-time mum, I have always been surrounded by children.
I really enjoy watching a child grow and learn. I believe in learning through play, so children with me have a lot of fun and learn a lot in the process!
I also have experience of animals, so family pets are not a problem for me (indeed, I encourage them as I think children learn a lot from having animals around them!)
