Belhida, childcare provider in Sutton SM1

I am a young girl who come from Kosovo. I im 22years old, in the June i will bee 23 years old.I have 6 weeks in this country who i live here. I have residence and work permits that can be here. I need to work, i don't now very very good english language but i understand almost all things. I studied 2 years in my country but I was not able to finish on financial issues. if you can help by working with you I would be very grateful
