Emma, childcare provider in Watford WD99

Hello my name is Emma. I am nearly 24 years old and am a non-smoker. Altogether i have 8 years experience in childcare from ages 3m-5yrs. Starting with a number of placements in nurseries and a school whilst at college I went on to gain my Diploma l3 in childcare i was offered a job from a nursery of one of my placements to become full time. I have been there now for 5 years becoming a deputy room leader. I have worked mainly with 3m-22m.
I am passionate in working with children as it is exciting and rewarding to be able to watch a child learn and develop new skills in life as they grow. Knowing i helped a little in promoting there learning and development in my role of looking after them means I've done my job. I like to promote children's learning through active learning and play and lots of encouragement and praise. I am very hard working, punctual, kind and caring.
I am hoping for an opportunity in nannying now as i would love a chance in a change of career and a chance for it still to be working with children which i love most.
