I am 23 years old and have a level 3 diploma in childcare. I have 5 years experience behind me and have mainly focused on nannying. I am a very outgoing and enthusiastic person who always uses their initiative to make sure that the children are always reaching their full potential in what ever activities or tasks we are doing. I like to work as a team as much as possible with parents to make sure the children/child are always happy and routines are always kept and are in place. I now have a baby of my own who ideally I would like to bring with me but I am happy to compromise on this.
