Laci, childcare provider in Iwade ME9

My name is Laci, I'm 21 years of age. As an individual I would say I am very reliable, dependable, emotional mature, trust worthy and confident. I would say I am a very bubbly, outgoing, I am tolerant, understanding, relaxed but can be firm when needed.

I have worked in Primary Colours nursery for around a year and a half, within this role I had to be alert at all times, read them books and arrange breakfast lunch and dinner. My role involved being very active and entertaining the kids. At the end of the day when the children were collected we had to give the parents/ guardian reports on how their child has been throughout the day and any concerns.

I have a NVQ level 2 childcare qualification.
