Charlotte, childcare provider in King's sutton

Hello, my name is charlotte and I'm 19 years old and am ideally looking for full time employment. I'm a bubbly enuthsiastic individual who loves working with children of all ages. I Started babysitting at the age of 14 and since then gone on to work in various different childcare settings (nursery/nanny). Working with children I believe there are 3 key points to being a good carer and qualities I feel I have.

1. Patients and good communication
2. Care and understanding
3. Making every day enjoyable and fun for the children so that boredom isn't an option.

The activities I enjoy doing the most are anything creative and arty and also being outside, going for walks and playing.
