Jenn, childcare provider - L3 Liverpool

January 19, 2017 I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Jenn Cino. Jenn has been volunteering with the Grade 1 class at St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Elementary School from October 2016- December 2016. During her time here, Jenn was responsible for working with 19 students, some of which were of special needs, as well as the classroom teacher. She was responsible for ensuring that students completed tasks, stayed focused and provided them with assistance when needed. She developed a very good rapport with all students and staff. She worked cooperatively with her colleagues and with administration. The students enjoyed working with Jenn. Jenn reinforced the lessons taught in large group, in small groups of 5 to 7 students and one-on-one support for those students who required a great deal of guidance and assistance. Jenn also assisted the teacher with preparation of lessons and activities. She helped prepare the activities, assisted in creating bulletin boards for the classroom, looked over students work, filed documents, prepared activities for Art, and photocopied materials. Jenn’s strongest attributes include, but are not limited to, her compassion and patience in a work environment that can sometimes be trying and exhausting. She displayed flexibility, good independence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude at all times. She takes initiative, works well with others, and shows a great deal of responsibility. Jenn is reliable, task-oriented, and efficient with her time. Her cheerful disposition makes her a delight to work with. I personally and professionally believe that Jenn possesses all the qualities and skills that will make her successful. I wish Jenn best of luck and much success in all her future endeavours.
