My name is Agnieszka I am polish national, who has recently relocated to England.
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across various areas of customer services.
The most enjoyable part of my previous experience, has always been working with people who need support or help under different circumstances. As an Au Pair I enjoyed looking after 2 children, which led me to understand how important it is to give busy parents and their children the right support and help they needed. It sparked a passion of working with people, that's why I have got extensive experience across various areas of public service. Such as a care, assistant, hospitality service, physiotherapist and administrative work. These roles involved dealing with public in a friendly, professional and effective manner. My logical approach to challenges, inter-personal skills and ability to doccument clearly has helped me to be an effective professional in varied work environments and multi disaplinary teams.
As an experienced care worker and physiotherapist I am aware of all the responsibilities and roles of a support worker. I have a high level of an empathy towards people from different cultures and ethic backgrounds and that comes naturally to me. In my opinion it is a career that requires lots of patience, care and empathy. I am a dedicated, trustworthy professional and enjoy meeting new people and building good relationship with patients, their families and staff.
