Lauren, childcare provider - LN2 Lincoln

I have always been passionate about caring for children from a young age. I have several years of experience in caring for childen from birth, most of which comes from growing up in large family. Having 5 nephew and nieces under the age of 8, I have been a very hands on auntie from them being newborn. I studied BTec Level 3 Child Care at sixth form for two year but due to my sister having a premature baby i was unable to complete my last few weeks of the course. whilst studying child care i went on placements in nurseries and schools working with children aged ranging from 6 weeks to 11 years old. I cared for a little girl for eighteen months, i cared for her for two nights a week from her being 6 weeks old and i thoroughly enjoyed watching her grow and learn new things.

I have a lot of experience in caring for children with disabilities such as autism, ADHD and downs syndrome.
I am a very responsible and reliable person and i am very flexible with day/hours.

I am currently working for Age Uk as a support worker but my passion has always been to work with babies and children.
