Rebecca, childcare provider in Mansfield NG18

My name is Becky. I am 23 years old. I am currently employed as a full time Nursery Nurse at Children 1st at Breedon House in Chesterfield and hold a full, clean CRB. I have had lots of experience of working with children which include a number of different schools and nurseries and babysitting my younger cousins and partner's children. I love working with children as I find it very rewarding watching them grow and develop new skills. Within my current job I work alongside the Early Years Practitioner, teaching the children according to the Early Years Foundation Stage, i.e reading and writing. I am also involved with their weekly swimming lessons, transporting the children in the nursery vehicle and joining them in the pool alongside the swimming teacher, ensuring they are safe and encouraging them to swim independently. I also hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and both level 2 and 3 NVQ’S in Childcare and Education which I achieved over the course of 3 years at Chesterfield College. I hold a full, clean UK driving licence and my own car so I am able to transport your children if needed. I am always willing to work and to learn new skills. In my spare time I enjoy going on holidays abroad and socialising with my friends and family. Ideally I am looking for a full time childcare opportunity working within the week but I am also willing to undertake weekend jobs.
