Natalie, childcare provider - ME2 Holborough

I am 24 years old, I currently work in a nursery where I have worked for 5 years, the nursery is based for 3 months up until school and I have worked with all ages. I am currently the pre-school supervisor so I specialize with children aged 3-5 and work closely with SEN children. I observe and plan daily for children's individual needs and put these into place to ensure children are developing at the correct levels. I am currently looking to become a nanny to work more closely with children within their home and help them to develop the same as if they was within a nursery setting. I will plan and provide challenging activities, alongside taking them out to educational places (with parents permission) to ensure fun and development each day. I see myself as not only a carer to children but a role model and someone who they can love as if part of their own family as I am a family orientated girl. I hold a clean UK driving license and am willing to use my car as transport.
