Personal statement

I am a very hard working Individual who likes to communicate well with others. I am very flexible, friendly, polite and adaptable with good organisation and administrative skills. I am also punctual and have really good time keeping skills which make me want to be on time and reach many targets. I am a reliable and committed person that always reaches my targets to what I think is best, so I would be an asset to any employers. At previous work placements I like to give my full potential in everything I do. Within my practice I demonstrate an awareness of the aims, objectives and values of the organisation by providing a good quality in the childcare with each child meeting all their individual needs for their age and stage of development. I give my full potential to my work making sure that each individual get the support that they need, helping them to build the knowledge and understanding allowing them to have a safe and stimulating play environment.
