My name is Gracie, and I'm a Jesmond-based psychology graduate with a caring, patient and creative nature. I have always had a genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth- both emotionally and developmentally. With my 6 years of experience and my background in psychology, I understand the importance of a nurturing, consistent environment for a child's well-being. I bring this awareness into everything I do as a caregiver.

Family is very important to me and I bring that same sense of warmth/respect into the families I work with. Parents have previously described me as calm, reliable and positive- somebody who their children have been quick to feel comfortable and safe around.

When caring for children, I love to balance structure, creativity and fun! I enjoy planning engaging activities that foster learning and self-expression. This can range from arts/crafts/painting to music-based play. I am also a big believer in getting lots of fresh air and exercise- whether a trip to the park or a simple backyard adventure.

Apart from being a caring nanny, I love yoga, walking, music, art and fashion- all of which help me bring a calm, imaginative and open-minded energy to my work. I am also more than happy to negotiate assisting with household duties, meal prep and homework help etc, whatever helps make your life easier :)

Maintaining empathy, creativity and responsibility is how I aim to provide a caring and stimulating environment where your child will feel confident, valued and happy each day. I am open to part-time arrangements and am readily available round the week at any time of the day, ready to start immediately.

I'm an experienced, caring and energetic babysitter with a genuine passion for helping children feel safe, cared for and happy. Over the past several years, I have worked with different families and cared for children ranging from infants to pre-teens; where I built strong, trusting relationships with both parents and kids. I also have a baby brother of my own who I look after naturally every day!
