I have worked within a caring profession for over 20years and this as been with a various groups of vulnerable adults mostly elderly. I now feel I would like a change of direction from the current work that I do I love children I very much enjoy looking after my 2 year old granddaughter she is a great delight to me. I would also to make a difference to people's life and the children I am a big softie at heart even in my current role I nature everyone and have become a agnony aunt for staff and I will always do 100 percent in my role for all the residents I look after.., but I feel that I want a change of direction and this advert court my eye and as I enjoy being around children and would like to think I could support families and form good relationships with both parents and children.
I feel babysitting rate is appropriately for short time bases if it became a regular agreement then I would b willing to discuss the rate further part time rate I feel is more than fair and I would possible need to supplement my income with a second position depending on hrs offered and required I think the full time rate is below the current average but I am not looking for loads of money I am looking to go to work to enjoy what I do and make a different to people's lives and earn a fair wage that I can live on and I feel this is the right rate as this is slightly above what I currently hourly rate and this slight increase in rate will just cover some travelling costs.
