Angharad, childcare provider - OX20 Woodstock

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, organised and bubbly person, who wants to give so much to the world and be able to share her love and enthusiasm with others.

I am very keen to work with children, and have done babysitting throughout growing up, as well as looking after my partners children and friends children. I have a very maternal, understanding, caring personality and feel as though I want to be able to share this. Coming from a large family myself, I love to be surrounded by children and family and fun and feel at a young age, children's upbringing is very important to be done so in the correct manner.

I live in Woodstock, and have lived in Oxfordshire my whole life. I am currently driving to London everyday working as a fashion buyer, but now know this is not for me, as working with children has always been my dream. I believe I have a very fun, caring personality, but know there are boundaries and feel as though I can deal with situations correctly when it comes to children. I also have a full driving license which means I am able to be a lot more flexible with regards to the childrens lifestyle and means I can do lots of exciting things with them, as well as take them to school.

I am looking for a permanent position and would think it is important that children have a stable adult around them throughout their upbringing who they are comfortable around. I feel that, although I am young and have a lot of energy and get up and go. I am also very grounded and have a wise head on.

To get to know my personality better, I love to cook and bake. I also am keen to start horse riding again and used to go frequently when I was younger. I am, very creative and am keen on art, hence my interest in the world of fashion. I like to travel and see new things and believe you can learn something new everyday. My family have dogs and I like to go on long country walks with them, and often go around Blenheim Palace, as it is just across the road from where I live. I am a country girl, but am wise to the city, due to working in it. I am a very friendly and polite person and believe I am easy to get a long with. I am very caring and like to look after people. I believe good manners are very important and I have quite old fashioned morals.

I do not currently have any other commitments, other than seeing my family, so I feel I am able to give my all to your family.

Please don’t immediately disregard me due to my lack of formal academic qualifications in child care, as I’m sure I would make up for it in my uncertified ability. I would however be prepared to carry out any additional courses should you require me to if I were successful in my application for the position.
