I am currently a student, who has just recently finished my NC in Early Education and Childcare and hope to go onto HNC starting August. Whilst undertaking NC Early Education and Childcare I have gained the experience of working within a work environment where I have had various tasks and responsibilities that I was trusted to do each day. Every morning when I arrived, I was responsible for helping a member of staff to set up each area of the room for the day as well as having planned play experiences. Each play experience I planned had to be age and stage appropriate to the children participating. I also assisted with lunches where I was responsible to feed the babies their lunch and to clean up afterwards. I have experience with working with children from the ages 6 weeks to 5 years as part of my NC course. I am trustworthy and a very organised person, who sets and achieve goals in which I believe help me in my studies and in my career. I am patient and understanding person. I have good time keeping skills and is someone who can be depended on. Throughout my NC I displayed a commitment to my education as I was required to travel to attend both my classes and work placement where I was punctual; often arriving early. I am mature and responsible individual who can cope with the requirements necessary to succeed and have the potential to realise my ambitions.
