I am a pro-equality person with a future-oriented way of thinking. I strive to promote values such as diversity, social justice, human and animal rights and issues related to that such as responsibility towards our planet and living ecologically. To tackle these matters I can prove to be a creative problem solver who often finds alternative solutions and approaches from different perspectives. I am able to understand complex concepts and work through them. I also have a sincere desire to help others to develop and to achieve that can provide guidance and leadership. That is very useful in childcare where I've proven to be very effective and popular. I've been working with children for around 2 years now and still find it very inspiring, innovative and enriching, so would love a chance to get to know some more little human beings and their parents and hopefully make their lives a bit easier.
