I am a highly motivated and a hardworking individual who has recently completed their GCSEs along the side of a Welsh Baccalaureate qualification. From this I have learnt how to work with others in a team and how to be considerate towards them. I am seeking a full time role to gain experience and development opportunities. I am very keen to help care for children, I know how hard it can be as I am one of 4, I am very confident and my younger siblings always say I'm the most fun to play with out of my older sister and my 9 year old cousin always says she would rather me look after her more than anyone else. I am great at making up new games with children and very good at explaining things when they don't understand. When babysitting I always make sure they are having fun while making sure they aren't doing anything they shouldn't be, discipline is very important in my opinion. However you have to put the children's best interest at heart and help them achieve their goals.
