Shannon, childcare provider in Romford

Hi, my name is Shannon Jessica Rose Bateman.I love working and looking after children and working with them as for i grew up in a large family in which you all have to look after each other.I am fifteen years of age but don't let my age fool you as i have allot of experience as i practically raised my little brother Brandon who is now aged 8 also my neighbors son Leo who is now 4.I can look after children from 1 year and up wards...Any younger i do struggle as they do have allot more needs, but don't worry i am very good with children and they always seems to have a liking to me this is most likely because i like to reward good behavior and bad behavior is ashamed upon but this includes just saying "i'm disappointed in you" no more no need to worry.i can cook and clean up after the children help with their homework also play with their toys with them if wanted.If family's have any routines or children have to take medication that is no panic because i my self have to take medication and will always remember to give them their medication on time and properly also follow the routines and rules of the house hold.With children i always love to encourage good behavior and imagination because i child should never feel uncomfortable or unhappy ever in the life, in a situation a child feel sad depressed or unhappy i will always try to find away to make them fell better and i will talk to them about it and i am very confidential i will not tell a soul unless it will lead to danger to the person or other people.I can work as a babysitter or a therapist or a friend but no matter what i will always consider the child's feelings and emotions towards everything and always try to reassure them if they are uncomfortable with me.
