Jessica, childcare provider in Stoke-on-trent ST4

I currently work in care at the moment and have done for about three years now.. i am very patient, caring and understanding as if you work in care all these qualities are essential. .
Before working in care I went to college to do a NVQ3 in health and social care.. Whilst I was there we had to do placements I completed my in a primary school and nurseries. .
I really enjoyed working with the children but found it was too expensive to pursue an official career in it so that's how come I decided to go into care ... i have worked with the elderly, clients with dementia, clients with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, etc. .
And i have also home tutored three children which I really enjoyed I did this for about three years then decided it was too much as well as trying to hold down a full time job.. but my duties included helping children learn and gain more experience through different learning techniques, attending parents evenings, looking after the children on a regular basis due to their parents working full time.. keeping the children entertained such as outing .. visiting the park, walks, swimming etc. .
