Ella, childcare provider - TN12 Paddock wood

Hello, my name is Ella. I am a qualified Level 3 Early Year’s practitioner. I have been working with children for 6 years now in a nursery setting and I have done many babysitting jobs over this time aswell. Over the last few years, I've worked with children aged from 4 months old to 8 years old and have loved working with all ages. Over this period I have gained the knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and have worked with a child with special needs. I am a bubbly, confident and outgoing person, which is a positive role model to both the children and staff in which I work with. I am a very hard worker and work well both in a team and independently. I have shown this when working in my previous job and my current employment by working with my colleagues in order to help the children develop in all areas of their learning as well as independently in a group of my own key children. I have always wanted childcare to be my career path since a young age and will always follow this.
