Emilie-rose, childcare provider - TN24 Ashford

I am twenty one years old and have recently been working as a telephone market researcher for Facts International. My role consisted of calling clients to gather feedback and to hit targets whilst working individually and within a team. However this was a zero hour contract so I couldn’t rely on a stable monthly wage, which is why I am now looking for a new employer. Previous to this I had been working as a nanny for two children aged 4 and 10. I would collect them from school, bath the 4 year old, prepare dinner and then play games. Unfortunately the family have now moved away so my position was no longer available, I thoroughly enjoyed this role, as it was completely different to any other place I have worked in before. I have also previously worked as a Bounty UK Representative which consisted of handing out the Bounty packs to the new parents and also taking photos of the babies with the parents in order for them to purchase them later. I thoroughly enjoy working with families and will always do anything I can to help out.

I have also worked in the retail industry and have enjoyed this too as I like interacting with different people, those being either work colleagues or customers. I have always been dedicated and punctual and believe my previous employers would confirm this. I am motivated by working towards targets, both individual and within a team.

In the future I aim to study paediatric nursing at university, I have always been interested in this field of work since a young age and I am looking forward to being able to pursue my dream. I believe I would make a great nurse as I have a very enthusiastic but caring nature. I have always known that I would like to work in a hospital setting as my career and have been lucky enough to carry out two weeks voluntary work in the Physiotherapy Unit at The William Harvey Hospital and also a further two weeks work experience at my local childrens nursery.

I am also CRB/DBS checked and can show this is necessary.
