Victoria, childcare provider - TN6 Crowborough

My name is Victoria and I am an experienced nanny. I am currently working with a family with 6 children. I have sole and shared charge of the children.
As part of our daily routine, I give the children dinner, all of which is healthy and balanced. I provide help and support with homework activities and projects. Together we enjoy a great deal of arts and crafts activities and when the weather is suitable we go outside and enjoy sports and games. Emphasis is placed more on enjoyment rather than competitiveness.
To encourage the children to do well and achieve high in school, I have created sticker charts for homework. This gives the children a sense of their own responsibility and makes doing homework great fun!
I do not currently hold a First Aid certificate but I am first aid trained through my Health and Social Care and Childcare certifications and I am looking into a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
I am looking to change my job as I would like to work more hours and this is something my current employer is unable to fulfill.
