Tracy, childcare provider in Washington

Hi my name is Tracy im 36 I have 3 children of my own and have been working with other peoples children since the age of 15 starting with babysitting, mothers help living abroad as an au pair then as a nanny. Then at the age of 22 I started working in private nurseryettings where I completed my NVQ level 3 in childcare and education. Where I am currently working. I am looking to work more one on one or with sibbling rather than large groups where the children benifit more with more attention. I would also like to include my own youngest child in our day to day adventures.
