Hi im lauren, I'm 23 years old and I love in eastmoor, Wakefield. I currently work as a childminding assistant with my mother in law. I love helping children. I am strongminded, trustworthy and great with Children. I follow the EYFS system and also safeguard. I have learnt a lot from been an assistant for a nursery. E.G why we need sensory things. Characteristics of effective learning I.E how children learn, Playing and exploring, active learning, creating and thinking critically. Observe children's development to help plan activitis. Also encourage children to get involved. And try create new thing's. I always plan everyday in my diary ( what activities we will do today to help learn and teach)
