Hello! My Name is Ashley and I'm 21 years old. I'm in my final year at university (Scarborough campus) studying early childhood - my course covers ages birth-7 years. I have had a lot of experience in nurseries over my five years studying children, as well as being in schools and acting as a teaching assistant to the class teachers.

I feel most comfortable with 6 months - 4 years, however I am willing to care for older children too after having experienced older children in schools and my own family experiences.

I feel I hold many positive qualities and a childcarer. I am generally a positive person and understand many of the methods in which children learn and play so I am able to enhance these and provide appropriate opportunities to encourage learning through play that children will enjoy! I also understand the importance of safeguarding children and maintaining confidentiality.
