Hi, I'm Alice, I'm 22 years old and I have been working in childcare for about 4 years, first doing one-one work and then training for my level 3 childcare diploma at a per-school and the getting more experience by going to 2 different nurserys, spending time in each room buy working mostly in baby room but now working back in a pre school for over a year now, I'm looking for working with children young the age of 4. My qualities are helping children resolve situations the best way, communitie effectively with children and their parents, planning activities and being creative by making use of a variety of normal objects, making them in to toys.
