Kate, childcare - RG8 Checkendon

Hello,

My name is Kate and I am 22. I have just finished my second year at university studying English Literature. I plan to complete a PGCE when I graduate and become a Primary School teacher. I am currently on my summer holiday until September and I am looking for some part time work.
I am currently doing work experience in my local village school for two weeks, which is a really exciting experience.
I have lots of young cousins who I adore and love to play with. I also have a five year old godson who is a very sweet but energetic boy. I feel very comfortable around children and greatly enjoy their company. I started babysitting when I was 17 and have had experience looking after children from age 4-13.
I consider myself organised and always like something to do. I am always up for games and activities. As I study literature, I am a great lover of reading and would love to help younger children discover how fantastic it can be.
Growing up in the country, I have always been around animals and have been lucky enough to own pretty much every pet from hamsters to horses. I love all animals and am happy to do any animal related duties or chores as well.
I have been driving since I was 18 and I have my own car with a clean Licence.
I am looking for a job for maybe 3-5 days a week, and I am happy to help around the house as well as look after children and any pets. I would also be happy to do the odd babysitting shift outside normal hours. I would ideally like something with set days and hours but I can be flexible.
