Connie, childcare in Rushden NN10

Hello, my name is Connie, I am 20 years old. I have worked in a care setting already just not with children, although I have done work experience in a nursery and reception. I'm currently working as a home carer so driving myself to houses and caring for individuals. I enjoy my line of work but I would like to go into child care. Two of my friends have children, one which I used to babysit during the day and sometimes at night since he was born, he is now 1 year and 3 months, I enjoy spending time with both of my friends children and watching how they develop their own characters. I also used to enjoy taking my younger sister off my parents hands when she was young, before I started home care I would get my sister ready for school and take her to school when my mum was on a night shift, she is now 9 years old and I still take care of her when she needs me or if my parents ask me if they are at work.
I am a kind and caring person, I enjoy having a laugh and enjoy helping people to feel comfortable when I am around. I am easily approachable and have a good listening ear.
I have a full and clear DBS check, I've also just passed my first aid training.
