I am Gemma, 27 years old and I have worked in child-care since I left school at 16. I have significant experience in nursery settings and have run a pre-school. I am a level 3 qualified nursery practitioner, and also have a foundation degree and BA honours degree in childhood and youth studies, which is the equivalent of a level 6 qualified practitioner.
I also have my own daughter who is almost three, so have first hand parenting experience to add.
I have experience working with children on the Autistic Spectrum and with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses.
I have a clean driving license and current DBS check.
