Hannah, childcare - SE10 Greenwich

I am a 26 year old professional nanny, born and bred in London, with 7 years paid experience. I have been working in Geneva the past 4 years and have returned to continue work as a Nanny. Experience with all ages.

I have spent the past 2 years looking after a 5 year old little girl part-time in Geneva, Switzerland (3 at the start). Before this I was a Governess and Nanny for a Russian family and a Nanny and Au-Pair for 3 other families. As I was working part-time I did a lot of extra adhoc work for babies and tutoring young children in English and various instruments.

I believe in a fun loving environment is crucial for children to grow, therefore I’m a strong advocate for a screen-free and largely activity based environment. Activities involve sensory play, outings to museums/parks/play areas, painting, reading, singing etc. I am enthusiastic and bubbly but think it’s important to be firm and enforce rules and boundaries that are discussed with parents beforehand.
