Ameenah, childcare - SE11 Kennington

My name is Ameenah I’ve recently just finished a BSc (Hons) Forensic Science at London South Bank University and also furthering my studies doing a masters. I am currently searching for a part-time position, whilst undergoing my studies.

I would describe myself as a extremely smiley, friendly and approachable person. I absolutely love children, I have younger siblings, and have also cared for many family friends children’s.

I underwent work experience at St Amand Catholic Primary school, St Mary's Rd, East Hendred, Wantage.
2009 – 3 Weeks work experience
Role included:
. Assisting the teacher in the management of children and the classroom.
. Helping children with their homework
. Helping children with their learning and activities
. Provided extra help with children with special needs
. Reading to the class
Key skills gained- Experience with supporting children with special needs, and ability to build good relationships with staff and children.
