Shannon, childcare - SG17 Clifton

I am 20 years old and my career and passion is working with children. I love planning creative and different activities for the children ensuring they are age appropriate. I love building a relationship with children and helping them to achieve and learn and develop in a positive environment ensuring that I am a positive role model. I have experience as a nursery room leader looking after 12 key children ages 1-2 years. I also have worked with Children with special needs from 5-12 years of age. I believe I am patient, positive, encouraging and fun as a child carer and believe I have the necessary communication skills to communicate effectively with the children and their parents.
