Gemma, childcare in South shields NE33

I have worked in the childcare sector for 10 years caring for children ages 6 months to 5 years, my posts in this time have been nursery nurse, supervisor and third in charge. I have also spent some time as a nanny to two children after school, over night and weekends.
I enjoy all aspects of childcare and enjoy caring for and helping children to reach their potential by offering experiences for children to learn and thrive in.
I have a sound understanding of current government framework for children aged 0 - 5 and have had training and experience in implementing this.
In my previous job role, I was the designated special needs coordinator and have a good understanding on how to support children with additional needs.
I am caring, loyal and hard working and my enthusiasm in the childcare field has never gone unnoticed. I am currently looking for a nanny position.
