Kayleigh, childcare - ST16 Stafford

I am Kayleigh and I'm 19 years of age, I am looking for a full time care job. I am flexible, reliable and trustworthy. I am good at understandinh and trying to reach every child's needs. I have a bubbly personality! I feel I am very easy to get along with and feel my quality of work is at a high standards. I did my school work experience in a nursery, which helped me to know this was the carer for me! I currently work in a nursery that have a before and after school club, I do both parts of the business so have work with many children and she's. This is where I started my training! I do babysitting for some families I have met through my job!
